Appearance settings window

Configuration of colours, fonts and other appearance-related options. It can be set as the default appearance of a selected region or the individual appearance of a specific slide.


To set the default colours and appearance of all region elements:

  1. Open the Appearance tab in the main menu of the player management window.
  2. On the Regions tab, select a region (on the left-hand side of the window).
  3. Click Appearance button.

General tab

  • Background colour - default background colour for text content (can be replaced by default background image from the repository) and photos if they do not fill the whole screen. 
  • Separator colour - colour of the line separating the title and description of text ads.
  • Proportions - the proportions of the images and videos (in mode without 4K Video selected) 

  • Image animation - the option to move images and graphics selected as backgrounds for the content in question. You can select the following options:

    • Disabled the image is not moved.
    • Random- the image is zoomed in or out
    • Zoom in- the image is zoomed in.
    • Zoom out - the image is zoomed out.
  • Automatic background - if the image does not fill the entire screen, the background colour can be automatically adjusted to match the image colour. 

  • Background transparency - setting the background images as semi-transparent. This makes the texts above the images more readable.


Margins

Margins allow you to move the content away from the edge of the region. You can use them to create a border around the region in the background colour in additional regions.

  • Margin - a common margin for each edge.
  • Margin left - margin of the left edge of the region.
  • Margin right - margin of the right-hand edge of the region.
  • Margin top - margin of the upper edge of the region.
  • Margin bottom - margin of the bottom edge of the region.

As of version 3.24, the margins have been moved from the Appearance tab to the Appearance window.  


Tab Subtitles

The setting applies to text on text ads, images and other content where the title and description are visible.

  • Font - selection of font individually for title and content description. 
  • Font colour - selection of font colour individually for title and content description. 
  • Background colour - selection of background colour behind subtitles individually for title and content description. 
  • Background transparency - transparency of background behind subtitles individually for title and content description. 
  • Corner rounding - radius of background corner rounding behind subtitles in pixels. 
  • Capitals - all letters have the appearance of capital letters. The lowercase letters are distinguished by their size.


Table tab

The setting relates to the content type Table.

  • Row height - the height of the table's rows in pixels. If the value is 0 (default value), the system calculates the row height itself, depending on the number of rows on the table. 
  • Horizontal separator - whether to show an additional line separating the rows. 
  • Vertical separator - whether to show an additional line separating the columns. 
  • Odd row lightness - in order to increase the readability of the table, you can highlight every second row by changing its shade. 
  • Title height - how much of the screen is to be occupied by the title. This parameter also applies to text ads


Interactive buttons

The setting applies to interactive buttons. See Touch mode.

  • Button colour - the colour of the buttons.
  • Text colour - the colour of the text on the buttons.

  • Width - the width of the buttons in pixels.

  • Height - the height of the buttons in pixels.
