Logging in to the customer portal

From the Customer Portal, you can manage your data and make changes to your licence subscriptions.


Click to access the Customer Portal.


When the page opens, you will be asked to enter the email address you used to purchase your subscription. A link to your portal will then be sent to the email address you provided.  

Changing your subscription details

To change the type of licence or the number of players, log into the Customer Portal. Then click on the Change button (Change plan). On the next page, you will see all available licence versions and payment periods. Select the appropriate plan and follow the instructions on the page.


Cancellation of subscription


You can unsubscribe from the Pictor software yourself at any time. To do this, you must log in to the Customer Portal. Then click on the Cancel button (Cancel plan) and follow the instructions on the page.

By cancelling your subscription, you will not be charged any more payments and your licence will expire after the last payment period.
