External connection - integration of Anydesk and TeamViewer

Our software has been integrated with the popular remote access tools AnyDesk and TeamViewer. Thanks to this integration, users have gained even more convenient and faster technical access to remote management of computers with Pictor software installed.

Why an external connection?


AnyDesk and TeamViewer are proven solutions that have been popular with IT professionals for years. They make it possible to react quickly to any technical problems with computers, which translates into efficient service.

How does it work?


The integration allows you to start an AnyDesk or TeamViewer session directly from within our programme. You can start a session from the following locations:

  • Context menu of the player list.
  • Button on the Start tab.


You can make edits to the type of programme (AnyDesk, TeamViewer) and the connection ID in the Edit window in the Your players list.
If you have not configured the external connection data, a configuration window will be shown when you click on the menu option or button.
